This page gives the Current Status of our upcoming events, including a final update on the morning of the event based on the latest weather conditions.
COVID-19 Risk Management
SAILS at Bayside is operating under the approved industry COVID-19 Safety Plan for Outdoor Recreation Activity Providers, and our own SAILS at Bayside specific COVID-19 Safety Operational Plan.
Activities are modified to meet current COVID-19 Safety Plan and Health Authority requirements.
At present all participants and team members are required to provided Contact Details when arriving on site. These Contact Details will be stored securely and may be provided to Health Authorities if required for contact tracing within 56 days. These Contact Details will be destroyed after 56 days.
We will check your temperature with a contactless thermometer when you arrive on site
Please don't come if you have:
•any symptoms associated with COVID-19 (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, sneezing/runny nose or loss of sense of smell).
•returned from overseas; been in contact with anyone else who has returned from overseas or from a declared COVID-19 Hotspot within Australia in the last 14 days
•been in contact with any known or suspected cases of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
•been tested and are waiting for the results from being tested for COVID-19
Please maintain social distancing, and hand hygiene. Hand sanitiser available at all our activities.
